SAS Supplier Group , established in 2005, is a leading wholesaler supplying the shopfitting, signage, print & display, building and fabrication industries. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a driven Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our Brisbane team.

This role is a full time on-site position , based in our Acacia Ridge, Brisbane office .

- Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
- Provide excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities
- Prepare quotes, process orders and manage invoicing
- Follow up leads and convert quotes into sales
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise value




- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Work closely with sales reps and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery

Requirements & attributes:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales/customer service
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valuable organisational and time management skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
