Reporting to the General Manager - Commercial & Tendering, you will oversee tender strategy, prospect development, submission, negotiation and handover. You will work closely with Estimating, Operations, Technical, Finance and Legal teams to develop competitive, deliverable solutions while balancing client needs, operational capability
