The Role
Providing high level advice, executive support and governance to support the strategic direction of the department and whole of government policy and direction.
Participating collaboratively as a member of the senior leadership team, within the division, and as a member of the organisational committees.
Continually challenges processes and practice to foster an environment that mitigates risks, is integrity driven and encourages innovation and change for continuous improvement.
Is responsible for leadership and the management of the human and physical resources within the team to ensure that services are provided within budgetary, legislative, sector and organisational constraints.
Participating collaboratively in the approved compliance planning process to ensure the effective identification of compliance targets in accordance with risk or other identified criteria.
Overseeing the conduct, review and reporting of all gaming and wagering investigations undertaken on behalf of the Commission.
