Samuels Donegan Pty Ltd is seeking a Head of Talent to build and lead the talent function from the ground up for rapid growth. You will collaborate directly with the founder and CEO, shaping strategy and pipelines across engineering, product and commercial teams in Australia and the UK.

You’ll empower two-person team, including hiring into open roles, drive interview rigor with rubrics, and act as a visible market ambassador to attract top talent.
