Randstad is seeking a Development Manager for luxury high-rise and mixed-use projects based in Queensland, covering NSW & QLD. The role reports to the CEO and leads a small team, coordinating with executives, internal teams, consultants, and authorities.

You will manage feasibility, planning approvals, design coordination, budget tracking, and delivery, with a solid ESG focus across Green Star and NABERS targets.
