Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 87 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group. **About the Role** Join **Menora Gardens Retirement Living** as our Café Manager and help create a warm, welcoming space where residents, families and visitors can connect over great coffee, delicious food and friendly service. Reporting to the Village Manager, you'll lead our vibrant village café, supporting the team and ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable experience. Key responsibilities include: * Leading day-to-day café operations, including rostering, staff supervision and training.* Preparing and serving quality food, beverages and coffee.* Delivering exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors and members of the public.* Managing stock control, ordering and supplier relationships.* Coordinating café functions, room hire and catering requirements.* Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and quality standards.* Supporting budget management and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.**About You**You are a hospitality professional who enjoys leading by example and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, build positive relationships with customers and colleagues, and are passionate about creating a warm and welcoming café atmosphere. To be successful, you will bring: * Previous café,
