Syenta seeks a Senior Process Development Scientist/Engineer to advance Localised Electrochemical Metallization (LEM) technology in a hands-on lab environment. You will work with prototype semiconductor hardware to develop, optimise, and understand processes central to our technology.

You’ll define process windows, design experiments, analyse outputs, and translate data into transparent technical decisions, shaping priorities and risk management in a multi-disciplinary team.
