Novartis seeks an exceptional Therapy Area Head to lead a key therapy area across ANZ. Reporting to the Country President, ANZ, this senior leadership role drives strategy, performance and growth of the therapy area portfolio.

This role leads commercial teams across sales and marketing, supports launches, and partners with Medical Affairs, Value & Access and regional teams to ensure aligned strategy and execution. A values-led, authentic leader is essential.
