Clientside Project Manager | Healthcare | $190,000 + Super

The Opportunity
An exciting prospect has arisen for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a growing boutique client-side project management consultancy based in Brisbane CBD.
With a strong pipeline of projects secured, the business is looking for someone with health-sector experience who can take ownership of projects and work closely with clients, consultants and delivery teams from inception through to completion.

The Role
You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, including:

- Managing client-side projects from inception through to completion
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
- Managing budgets, programs, procurement and risk
- Leading project meetings and client reporting
- Managing design development and documentation
- Overseeing construction delivery and project outcomes
- Building strong, long-term client relationships

About You
You will ideally have:

- Experience delivering projects within the health sector (essential)
- Client-side or consultancy project management experience




- Strong knowledge of project budgets, programs and procurement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to independently manage projects and competing priorities
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management, Property or a related discipline
