Trade and Investment Queensland is seeking a Director (Operations) to partner with the General Manager Queensland Operations and drive performance across the division. The role focuses on organisational improvement, strategic capability, governance, and complex program leadership.

You will provide strategic advice, lead business planning and performance reporting, oversee client engagement strategy and CRM adoption, and build a high performing team while strengthening stakeholder relationships.
