The Company is seeking an Executive Director Infrastructure and Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. This significant executive leadership role is pivotal in driving the organization's digital and technology strategy, cyber security, information systems, and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a broad portfolio that is critical to the future of the company, ensuring that both physical and digital environments are safe, resilient, and contemporary, and capable of supporting high-quality care.

Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, leading the development and delivery of major programs, strengthening cyber security, and building strong partnerships with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a highly credible senior executive with substantial leadership experience in complex,



large-scale organizations, and will possess strong capabilities in digital and technology leadership, major transformation, and infrastructure. Commercial judgment and stakeholder skills are essential for success in this role, particularly in a complex public sector environment.

The role requires an enterprise leader who can connect technology and infrastructure investment to better outcomes for the company's people, patients, and communities. Experience in healthcare or a similar highly regulated service setting is highly regarded. The Executive Director Infrastructure and CIO will also be expected to lead significant transformation while maintaining reliable, safe, and effective day-to-day services, and to contribute to the broader strategy, culture, and performance of the company.
