- Earn $250+ per hour on 65%
- $160perhour for 3 months
- Standard Consult $105
- Long Consult $175
- Sign on bonus offered
- Mixed billing
- 8 Nurses
- CDM Nurse
- Treatment room with 4 beds
- Procedure room
- Group practice
- 12 Consulting rooms
- 4 patients per hour
