The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the corporate development strategy in alignment with the company's growth objectives and long-term value creation.

This role demands a highly commercial leader with a strong background in corporate development, infrastructure, renewable energy, investment banking, private equity, project finance, or related sectors. The Head of Corporate Development will be at the forefront of identifying, assessing, and leading various strategic opportunities, and will play a critical part in shaping the future direction of the business.



Applicants for the Head of Corporate Development position at the company should possess significant senior leadership experience and a proven track record in leading complex transactions.

Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and commercial analysis skills are essential, as is a robust understanding of project finance, investment governance, and capital allocation. The role requires exceptional negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder engagement abilities, as well as the capacity to work effectively with executive leaders, Boards, investors, and other key stakeholders.
