The Director or Clinical Services – Mental Health provides senior clinical leadership across mental health and Alcohol and Other Drug services throughout the Kimberley.

This role combines clinical practice with strategic leadership, service development, workforce capability and medical education, with responsibility across Broome Hospital APU and regional community services. A senior psychiatrist will influence governance, service models and workforce development in a dispersed regional setting.
