TLC Healthcare is seeking a visionary Director of Clinical Services to lead our growing Day Surgery network in Victoria, Australia. You will drive clinical governance, operational performance and service delivery across multiple facilities, shaping current openings and strategic growth.

You will report to the Chief Acute Care Officer and lead teams, collaborate with surgeons and healthcare professionals, and travel as required to sites interstate and internationally.
