Our client, a well-established not-for-profit organisation providing community housing, has a permanent opportunity for a General Manager - Strategic Head Property Management to join their team.

The role will be based in the Town Hall area, CBD. The role is Monday - Friday, an exciting opportunity to grow an affordable housing portfolio and give back to the community.

This role would suit a residential senior leader (seeking an exciting new challenge) or an experienced affordable housing leader in the not-for-profit space.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead the strategic direction, growth and performance
- Oversee all aspects of agency operations
- Deliver strong financial and operational outcomes
- Represent the organisation to key stakeholders
- Leading a team of 7
- Manage a quickly growing portfolio
- Manage implementation of current systems and processes

The Candidate

- Experience in senior leadership roles within residential property
- Current NSW driving license
- Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds
