Performance Manager (nbn - Community Engagement)

We're looking for an experience Performance Manager to lead the delivery & performance of our nbn community engagement program across Australia.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for people, performance, stakeholder relationships and program delivery. You’ll work closely with nbn stakeholders, Crossmark leadership and field teams to turn strategy into action and deliver measurable community outcomes.

This role is a full time office based role contracted until 30 June 2028.

What you’ll do

- Lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed, high-performing team.
- Own program performance against agreed KPIs, Event and Check Your Address (CYA) targets.
- Partner with nbn stakeholders, including Heads of State to develop and deliver quarterly regional plans.
- Build robust relationships with nbn, community and internal stakeholders.
- Lead governance, reporting, forecasting and performance reviews.
- Use data and field insights to identify opportunities, manage risks and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion customer and community outcomes, including connectivity awareness and literacy.
- Support emergency community engagement activities when required.

What you’ll bring

- Proven experience leading performance-based programs, contracts or service delivery.
- Strong people leadership experience, ideally across geographically dispersed teams.
- Demonstrated success delivering against measurable KPIs and targets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Experience in community engagement, field operations, telecommunications, technology or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel regionally as required.
