Senior People Partner | Investments (Part-Time 0.6)

Sydney | Hybrid, 3 days per week | $210,000 to $220,000 inclusive of super, pro rata | contract to August 2027.

A large financial services organisation are looking for a Senior People Partner on a 10-month fixed term basis, running through to August 2027. This role specifically supports the Investments division and requires someone with a genuine understanding of investment management, wealth management, or broader financial services environments and the people dynamics that come with them.

Partnering directly with Group Executive and senior leadership, the role leads the delivery of people strategy into the division, driving practical, strategy-aligned solutions across the full employee lifecycle. The right person brings senior partnering experience, deep ER capability, and the credibility to operate at pace with investment professionals and senior leaders.

What You'll Be Doing

- Partnering with Group Executive and the Investments leadership team to deliver people strategy across a specialist financial services portfolio
- Leading organisational design, change management, and cultural transformation initiatives aligned to divisional objectives




- Providing strategic ER advice on complex and escalated matters, including investigations and dispute resolution
- Driving workforce planning, talent strategies, and people data insights to support divisional decision-making
- Co-creating solutions with People Practices that bring the Employee Value Proposition to life
- Leading a cross-functional people squad to deliver across the employee lifecycle

Background Required

- Current or recent Senior People Partner or Senior HRBP experience, with a background supporting investment management, wealth management, or financial services portfolios strongly preferred
- Strong ER and IR capability with demonstrated experience managing escalated and complex matters
- Proven track record delivering people strategies that align with strategic objectives and reflect culture and values
- Comfortable operating at Group Executive level in a regulated, commercially focused setting
- Sydney based

What's On Offer

$210,000 to $220,000 inclusive of super, pro rata for 3 days per week. 10 month fixed term, November start, through to August 2027. Hybrid working, Sydney based.
