Salter Brothers Hospitality is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead two boutique luxury hotels in the Hunter Valley. You will report to the Regional General Manager and guide Heads of Department to deliver outstanding guest experiences and robust commercial outcomes.

This hands-on role requires driving service standards, staff development and operational excellence across Rooms Division and F&B;, with a focus on profitability and guest satisfaction.
