Senior Private PA – Single Family Office, Relocation to Singapore

Oplu is recruiting a Senior Private Personal Assistant for a single family office in Singapore, supporting one of its Principals. This is the first hire in a private office the family plan to grow over time. It's a high-trust role with real scope. The Principal's interests span six countries. You'll travel with the Principal, and often ahead of them to prepare. You'll manage the diary across time zones, run projects on their behalf, and act as their eyes, ears and gatekeeper. You'll also give some support to other family members with diaries, travel and projects.

Key responsibilities

Manage a complex diary across multiple time zones

Plan international travel, then manage it on the ground while travelling with the Principal

Run projects from brief to completion, including property and interior design work

Coordinate with the family office's corporate teams in Singapore and Hong Kong

Support the family's foundation with scheduling, correspondence and events

Handle correspondence and communications for the Principal

Prepare research and briefing material

Coordinate household staff, property managers and contractors,



including at properties in Australia and Japan

Manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, private clubs, agents and service providers

Organise private dinners and events

About you

Senior experience as a Private PA, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Lifestyle Manager

Experience supporting a private individual, UHNW Principal, entrepreneur or family office

Proven skill managing complex international travel and itineraries

Excellent written and spoken English

Outstanding organisation, attention to detail and confidence with technology

Calm under pressure and comfortable with last-minute changes

Sound judgement, complete discretion and trustworthiness

At ease with senior executives, VIPs and high-end service providers

Willing to relocate to Singapore and to travel, sometimes at short notice

S$150,000–S$180,000 base salary, depending on experience

13th-month payment
