Santos is seeking a senior HSS leader to head development and execution of health, safety and security strategies for our AUPNG Onshore operations based in Brisbane. You will foster a safety-first culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence in a high-risk workplace.

You will lead a team, partner with senior leaders, and advance initiatives that embed Santos' core safety values across the organisation and with contractors.
