- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and milestones
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Manage end-to-end ADMS project lifecycle (initiation to closure)
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Coordinate with utility stakeholders including operations, IT, and engineering teams
- Conduct regular status meetings and updates
- Outage Management System (OMS), Distribution SCADA
- Fault location, isolation, and service restoration (FLISR), Volt/VAR optimization (VVO)
- Ensure alignment with utility business processes
- GIS (Geographic Information Systems), AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure)
- DERMS (Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems), Enterprise IT systems
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans
- Track project costs and ensure delivery within approved budget
- Manage contracts, procurement, and vendor performance
- Ensure compliance with utility standards and regulations (IEEE, NERC, IEC, etc.)
- Maintain quality assurance throughout project execution
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, developers, and consultants
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance monitoring
- Provide regular updates on project progress, KPIs, and risks
- Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts
