Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the people side of enterprise-wide transformation, shaping how our people experience and adopt significant changes across technology, processes, structures and ways of working.
You will partner with senior leaders and project teams to ensure change is understood, embraced and embedded, providing mentoring and guidance to a team of up to four practitioners while contributing to the enterprise Change Management Framework.
