Luxoft seeks a Senior Test Lead with 10+ years of experience in testing of Core Banking transformations and migrations. You will lead large, multi-team programs, coordinate end-to-end testing across platforms and upstream/downstream systems, and drive risk-based test coverage and governance reporting.

You will oversee migration rehearsals, cutover testing and production verification, ensuring quality gates and defect management across ST/SIT/UAT cycles. Banking domain experience is mandatory.
