Project Manager – Data Centres 160,000–190,000 Bonus Vehicle Allowance

Company

Pearson Carter is partnering with an established digital infrastructure specialist expanding its data centre delivery team. You’ll take ownership of large-scale, mission-critical projects, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress as the business grows.

Responsibilities

- Lead data centre projects from planning through to delivery and handover, keeping work on schedule and within budget.
- Manage site teams, technicians and subcontractors to deliver against technical specifications and client expectations.
- Take ownership of project budgets, forecasting, costs and variations to maintain strong commercial performance.
- Coordinate clients, suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery challenges and keep projects moving.
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout on-site delivery.

Experience

Essential:

- Proven project management experience delivering data centre projects within a contractor or trade environment.
- Experience leading larger delivery teams and coordinating subcontractors.




- Robust financial and commercial skills, including budgeting, cost control and managing variations.
- Practical technical knowledge and a hands‑on understanding of site delivery.

An advantage:

- A trade or tools background, with previous experience as a technician or Site Manager.
- Progression from hands‑on technical delivery into project management.
- Relevant project management qualifications.

Salary

160,000–190,000, with flexibility up to 200,000 depending on experience.

This is an on-site role requiring practical involvement in data centre project delivery. Locally based candidates are preferred, with sponsorship potentially considered for suitable applicants from the UK or APAC.
