Pippa Colman Law is growing, and we’re looking for several talented lawyers to join our team.

We’re seeking lawyers from Associate through to Senior Associate level who are looking for a high-performing, supportive and genuinely enjoyable place to work.

The package

$120,000 – $180,000 + superannuation , depending on experience and level, plus generous bonus incentive schemes .

Work smarter - not longer

At Pippa Colman Law, we don’t believe lawyers should spend their days worrying about administrative tasks, time sheets and file costs.

You’ll have access to:

- No time recording — we trust our lawyers to focus on the work, not the clock.
- Independent cost assessors who assist with file costs, taking this administrative burden away from our lawyers.
- Dedicated secretarial support in the office , so you have direct access to experienced support when you need it.
- Access to professional typists , helping you get through drafting, correspondence and other administrative tasks efficiently.





Systems and support designed to allow you to spend more time doing what you do best - practising law and looking after clients .
