Evolve Talent is seeking an experienced residential aged care leader to manage day-to-day operations at a medium-sized facility in the Grafton region of NSW. You will drive person-centred care, occupancy, revenue, and accreditation compliance while leading a capable clinical team.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will implement standards, mentor staff, manage finances and HR, and promote staff wellbeing through education and development opportunities, with versatile full-time arrangements.
