We're Looking For
A people focused community operations leader who can deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive strong financial performance, and lead high performing teams across a portfolio of lifestyle communities.

What You'll Do

- Lead a portfolio of lifestyle communities, driving operational excellence and home owner satisfaction.
- Manage community performance, budgets, forecasting and business planning.
- Lead and develop the Community Management team across your region.
- Build strong relationships with home owners, partners and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver optimal business outcomes.
- Deliver property improvement, ESG and operational improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, safety requirements and company policies.
- Identify and manage operational risks while driving continuous improvement.
- Champion a high performance, customer focused culture.

About You
You're passionate about creating exceptional community living experiences and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.



You thrive in leadership roles where you can influence outcomes, deliver financial results, and develop high performing teams while making a meaningful impact on the communities you support.

Experience & Skills That Count

- Extensive property, , retirement living, community management or hospitality experience.
- Proven people leadership experience with a track record of developing high performing teams in various geographic locations.
- Strong financial management, budgeting and reporting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and relationship building capability.
- Experience managing a portfolio of assets preferred.
- Tertiary qualifications preferred.
