About the role

Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) is seeking an Accommodation Services Manager to provide strategicleadership for Health Worker Accommodation Services across Northern NSW Local Health District, holding end-to-end accountability for a significant District-wide service, including a substantial leased property portfolio and a multi-disciplinary team.

Formulating accommodation policy, service standards and long-term strategy, aligning Health Worker Accommodation Services with NSW Health policy frameworks, and contributing to the District's broader workforce, property and capital planning. Representing Health Worker Accommodation Services in engagement with the Ministry of Health and District executive forums.

Undertaking decision making responsibilities within delegated financial and contractual authority to resolve complex and often unprecedented accommodation, property and workforce issues,



in a service with a direct and material bearing on clinical workforce attraction and retention across the District.
