We are looking for a passionate and experienced aged care manager with solid clinical and business management background and great leadership to join our executive team to provide relieving support for our homes.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Current registration with AHPRA, Division 1

Five (5) years plus general nursing experience

Extensive experience (3 years +) of managementrole in aged care homes





Excellent communication skills and highly responsible

Certificate/ Diploma in Gerontology/ Aged Care/ Management Preferred

Thorough understanding of and experienced with Accreditation and Aged Care funding

Strong Financial management skills

Demonstrated team building and change management skills

SALARY
