Senior Associate, Credit Structuring & Execution (C&IB;)

- Customer-facing role with regular in-person client engagement, sitting alongside Coverage Bankers
- Own end-to-end execution on complex transactions, from credit memo and modelling through to documentation and stakeholder recommendations

In the role of Senior Associate , you will join the Corporate C&IB; CSE team contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

You'll make an impact each day by:

- Partner closely with Client Coverage, Markets and Products, plus internal partners to deliver strong customer satisfaction and drive growth
- Manage ongoing risk profile monitoring and compliance requirements across assigned client groups, keeping portfolio hygiene to a high standard
- Support transaction structuring and end-to-end execution, including credit submissions, financial modelling, documentation, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Embed quality, consistency and continuous improvement in CSE, improving turnaround times and managing business risks
- Provide strong stakeholder management and coach junior team members (Associates/Analysts)

You'll bring to this role:

- Strong numerical, credit and financial analysis capability, including financial modelling
- Understanding of debt and financial markets products, with solid credit and execution experience (including documentation)
- Proven ability to work across internal stakeholders and deliver in a regulated, compliance-focused workplace
- Customer-focused, with strong organisational and time management skills and a proven record of delivering high-quality work within required timelines
- C&IB; experience preferred, but strong customer-facing banking experience (including B&PB;) and emerging G2 talent with clear potential are welcomed (tertiary qualification in Business/Finance preferred)
