Forensicare is Victoria's statewide forensic mental health service, and we're travelling to London and Manchester in September 2026 to meet Psychiatry Trainees and Registrars interested in advancing their careers in Australia. Train in One of Australia's Leading Forensic Mental Health Services Forensicare provides specialist forensic mental health services across: Thomas Embling Hospital Community Forensic Mental Health Services Victorian Prison Mental Health Services Court Liaison and Specialist Programs Registrars rotate across inpatient, prison and community settings, gaining highly sought-after experience in complex psychiatry, risk assessment, recovery-focused care and medico-legal practice.

A Rare Opportunity to Join a Growing Service Forensicare is currently undertaking one of the largest expansions in its history. Thomas Embling Hospital is expanding from 136 beds to 218 beds, with the addition of six new inpatient units and 82 additional beds over the coming years.
