Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SharePoint implementation project .
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID registers and governance.
- Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and implementation partners.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies and changes throughout delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and maintain explicit communication across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate solution design, configuration, migration, testing, deployment and business readiness activities.
- Drive implementation and adoption of the SharePoint solution across the organisation.
- Ensure delivery remains aligned with business requirements, project milestones and organisational standards.
- Provide regular project reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Strong experience as a Project Manager delivering technology or business systems implementations .
- Demonstrated experience delivering a SharePoint implementation, migration or major uplift project .
- Strong understanding of SharePoint / Microsoft 365 environments and associated implementation considerations.
- Previous experience within mining, resources, heavy industry, infrastructure, utilities or another asset-intensive commercial environment .
- Strong vendor and third‑party management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong project governance, planning, risk management and reporting capability.
- Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple business areas and competing priorities.
