Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking an experienced Mining Account Manager to lead the delivery of workforce contracts across Bowen Basin. This site-based leadership role runs on a 5/2 roster with 12-hour shifts and accommodation provided while on swing.

The role is ideal for someone based near Townsville, QLD, and focuses on protected, high-performing staffing solutions. As the contract grows, expect a move to 7 days on / 7 days off with expanded responsibilities including business development
