Talent Resources Consulting – Sydney CBD NSW

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates through to selection, offer management, and onboarding.

Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, social media, and other relevant channels.

Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and suitability for the role.

Coordinate and manage interview processes between candidates, hiring managers, and relevant stakeholders.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.

Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer documentation.

Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information, recruitment records, and hiring documentation in the HRMS/ATS.

Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring reports,



and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.

Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and other talent acquisition initiatives as required.

Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies, processes, and applicable employment requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition , with demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment.

Strong experience in independent hiring and stakeholder management , preferably across multiple functions or business areas.

Proven ability to source and attract candidates through job portals, skilled networks, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Experience working with HRMS/ATS and recruitment platforms .
