You’ll oversee performance, governance, risk and commercial management in a large-scale contact centre workplace. This senior IC role focuses on automation, data-driven improvements and shaping the future of customer operations.

You’ll influence without direct authority and partner with multiple internal teams to deliver lasting change, practical improvements and better customer outcomes.
