Hoban Recruitment partnered with a well-established international organisation to recruit a Japanese Speaking Finance Manager based in the NSW area. The role oversees finance operations, compliance, payroll, ERP implementation and office administration with significant autonomy.

You will work with local and overseas stakeholders, lead ERP initiatives, manage reporting and ensure IFRS/Australian standards compliance while delivering process improvements.
