Our client is one of Australia's most recognisable consumer-facing brands, operating at significant scale across multiple channels with millions of customer interactions daily. They are a fast-paced, commercially driven organisation with a strong culture of data-led decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
This is a high-impact commercial finance appointment sitting at the intersection between finance and commercial operations. Reporting into the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes
- Business partnering with operational stakeholders and providing strategic decision support
- Developing financial models and business cases
- Supporting promotional planning and commercial investment decisions
- Providing insightful financial analysis and commentary to leadership
- Tracking performance against strategic and financial targets
About You
To be considered for this role you will be CA/CPA qualified and have at least 8 years experience working in a robust commercial business (Retail or FMCG will be held in high regard. Furthermore, you will be commercially astute and have experience supporting non-finance stakeholders and driving commercial outcomes.
