Coates is seeking a Regional Manager - Specialist to lead the operational performance of our specialist divisions across Engineering Solutions, Traffic & Events, Industrial Services and Power & HVAC. This senior role involves directing branch and installation teams, optimizing fleet readiness and workforce planning to meet customer demand.

You will drive safety, compliance and high-performing teams while coordinating with the Solutions Sales team to deliver on time and to the highest standards.
