About the Role

As Operations Manager - Service, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and developing a team of Managers and operational leaders.
- Driving customer satisfaction across a diverse client portfolio.
- Managing the delivery of planned maintenance, reactive service, repairs and minor project works.
- Taking ownership of operational performance, workforce productivity and financial outcomes.
- Managing budgets,



profitability and key business KPIs.
- Building robust relationships with customers, contractors and key stakeholders.
- Leading business improvement initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Coaching and developing leaders to create a high-performance culture.
- Ensuring safety, compliance and risk management standards are maintained.
- Supporting commercial growth and customer retention strategies.

About You

We are interested in speaking with proven operational leaders from any Building Services or Facilities Maintenance backgrounds.

To be successful, you'll bring:

- Experience leading large operational or service-based teams.
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated P&L; and budget management experience.
- A track record of improving operational performance and service delivery.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development capability.
- Experience managing technical, trade-based or field service workforces.
- The ability to drive accountability while maintaining an engaged and positive team culture.
- Experience leading change, business improvement or transformation initiatives.
