The Role

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you will:

- Lead, mentor and develop the Concierge team, setting an uncompromising standard for service
- Personally build trusted relationships with Ultimate members, understanding their individual preferences, routines and expectations
- Anticipate member needs and proactively create highly personalised experiences
- Manage complex and unique requests with creativity, discretion and exceptional follow‑through
- Cultivate an outstanding network across Melbourne’s luxury hotels, restaurants, events, travel, entertainment and lifestyle landscape
- Build trusted relationships with premium partners and suppliers to provide members with exceptional access and experiences
- Maintain a highly visible presence within the Club and act as a trusted point of contact for members




- Oversee member requests, reservations, special occasions, preferences and follow‑ups
- Handle sensitive member matters and service recovery with confidence, warmth and discretion
- Continuously elevate the Concierge offering and establish service rituals and standards synonymous with Saint Haven

About You

You will bring:

- Significant experience within luxury five-star hotels, private clubs, VIP guest relations or an exceptional concierge environment
- Les Clefs d’Or membership, experience or exposure highly regarded
- A genuine concierge mindset — resourceful, connected and energised by finding a way to deliver exceptional outcomes
- An established network across Melbourne’s luxury hospitality, dining, entertainment and lifestyle landscape
- Experience leading and developing high‑performing service teams
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with high‑profile and high‑net‑worth individuals
- Impeccable discretion, emotional intelligence and professional judgement
- Outstanding attention to detail, organisation and follow‑through
- A natural ability to anticipate needs and remember the details that make service feel genuinely personal
