Indigo People seeks a Senior Business Development Manager in the legal sector to lead national growth from Sydney or Melbourne. You will be the first dedicated sales hire, building pipelines, engaging senior partners, and shaping how the firm wins recent work.

You will identify opportunities across construction, commercial litigation, corporate advisory and other practices; manage your own pipeline, develop cross-sell opportunities, and partner with managing partners to expand the client base.
