This newly shaped leadership role brings together CRO, SEO, AI-led discoverability, lead generation and nurture to make it easier for prospective customers to discover Vanguard, engage with us and join.

You will lead a team of specialists and own the conversion strategy and roadmap across our Super and Direct Investment businesses, building a high-performing engine for experimentation
