Optus is seeking a Networks End-to-End Service Owner in Sydney to drive performance and evolution of Mobile Voice and Consumer Fixed Voice services. You will shape roadmaps, manage service health, and translate complex challenges into practical improvement plans across Networks, Product and business teams.

Ideal candidates have extensive telecom experience in voice services, solid stakeholder management, and familiarity with ITIL principles, observability platforms, and automation initiatives
