UpGuard is seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead the APAC CS team, mainly based in Australia. You will drive customer strategy, onboarding, and expansion while partnering with sales and other segments to improve CS metrics.

The role is fully remote with Sydney/Hobart offices; requires 7+ years in CS/ SaaS and robust leadership, communication, and technical acumen to scale and optimize customer outcomes across the APAC region.
