Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth across the Queensland market.

About the Role

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the sales team while developing and executing strategies that drive business growth. You will work closely with key customers, fleet managers, procurement teams, and internal departments to ensure exceptional customer outcomes and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth

Identify and secure new business opportunities across government, fleet, commercial, and private sectors

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities





Work collaboratively with operations and production teams to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction

Attend customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities

Manage major accounts and tender opportunities

Drive a culture of customer service excellence and continuous improvement

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Business Development role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience managing key accounts and large customer relationships

Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills

Self-motivation with a results-focused mindset

CRM and sales reporting experience

A current driver's licence

Experience within the automotive, fleet, vehicle accessories, manufacturing, or related industries

Experience working with government or commercial fleet customers

Tender and contract management experience
