Torra Staffing and Recruitment – Singleton NSW is partnering with an established underground coal mining business to recruit experienced Shift Undermanagers for opportunities across two western NSW operations. Roles include 3x12 or 4x10.5 rosters, reporting to Production or Operations Manager to lead underground activities and ensure secure, efficient production in line with statutory obligations.

You will oversee statutory responsibilities, safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement
