Role
The client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a range of upcoming business and technology initiatives. The initial focus will be a workplace transformation project, driving the successful adoption of a newly renovated office environment and embedding flexible working and hot-desking practices across the organization. This role will lead stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, and adoption activities, before transition to support a broader portfolio of IT and business change projects as they are defined.
Accountabilities
- Lead change management activities for workplace transformation and flexible working initiatives.
- Develop and execute change, communication, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Assess change impacts and support employees through cultural and behavioural change.
- Drive user adoption and business readiness across multiple projects.
- Partner with project teams and business stakeholders to deliver successful change outcomes.
What you need to succeed
- Change Manager with strong experience in organizational and cultural change, stakeholder engagement, and technology-driven transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large scale transformation projects.
