Granite Group in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Workday to join a major HR transformation program. You will work closely with HR, technology teams and implementation partners to define requirements and support the delivery of a current Workday solution.

Key responsibilities include mapping Level 4/5 processes, leading workshops, gathering requirements, collaborating with architects and vendors, and ensuring traceability through delivery and go-live.
