They are about to commence exciting on-site construction projects in the hospitality, retail, office, and government sectors. To support these endeavours, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their NSW division to ensure successful project delivery.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
As a Site Manager/Foreman, you will oversee construction works on commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and construction projects across NSW. Responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the project site, coordinating trades and contractors, and ensuring the project meets high standards in WHS, quality, and time management. You will be supported by a team consisting of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Supervisor, and Leading Hand/Cadet.

DUTIES.
- On-site construction activity management
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation
- Construction program scheduling
- Sub-contractor Management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent highly favourable
- Commercial experience recommended
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
